Draft and Draft Night Rules

Event Format:

• Type: Sealed Draft
• Structure: Swiss Format
• Matches: Best of One
• Slots Available: 16
• Top Cut: Top 4 Single Elimination Best of One

Schedule:

• Registration: Starts at [Time]
• Drafting: Begins at [Time]
• Swiss Rounds: Follow immediately after drafting
• Top 4 Playoff: Begins after Swiss Rounds are completed

Prizes:

• 1st Place: 3 Collector Boosters
• 2nd Place: 2 Collector Boosters
• 3rd Place: 1 Collector Booster

Rules and Guidelines:

Registration:

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Only 16 slots are available, so be sure to register early.

Sealed Draft:

Each player will receive six booster packs. Players will have 20-30 minutes to build a 40-card minimum deck using the cards opened and any number of provided basic lands.

Swiss Rounds:

The tournament will begin with Swiss rounds. Each match will be best of one. Pairings for each round will be based on players' match records. The number of Swiss rounds will be determined based on the number of participants.

Top 4 Playoff:

After the Swiss rounds, the top 4 players will advance to a single-elimination playoff. These matches will also be best of one. The winner of the playoff will be determined as the overall champion.

Sportsmanship:

Players are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship and fair play. Any disputes or issues should be brought to the attention of the event organizer immediately.

Deck Registration (if applicable):

Players may be required to register their decks, listing the cards they are using. Ensure your deck matches the registered list at all times.

Prizes:

Prizes will be awarded at the end of the event as follows:

• 1st Place: 3 Collector Boosters
• 2nd Place: 2 Collector Boosters
• 3rd Place: 1 Collector Booster

Additional Information:

Basic lands will be provided by the event organizer. Players are encouraged to bring their own card sleeves and playmats.
