Elixir Brew Co. is committed to providing a smooth and efficient shipping experience for all merchandise orders. Please review our shipping policy for details on processing times, delivery options, and handling of lost or damaged items.
1. Order Processing
• All merchandise orders are processed within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
• Local Pickup: Free, available at our taproom in Buford, GA
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Local Pickup (Buford, GA Only)
• Free local pickup is available at Elixir Brew Co. Taproom.
• You will receive a pickup notification email when your order is ready.
• Orders must be picked up within 14 days. Unclaimed orders may be canceled and refunded.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
• Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, contact us at [Insert Contact Email].
• Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
• Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If theft is suspected, please contact the carrier and file a claim.
5. Returns & Exchanges
• We accept returns or exchanges on eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
