Test Batch 6, Pumpkin Brown Ale

Released during the fall and winter of 2024, this seasonal spin was a lighter, cozier take on our award-winning coffee stout. Swapping caramel notes for a warming blend of allspice, nutmeg, and cinnamon, Test Batch 6 delivered a smooth, spiced profile perfect for chilly evenings and festive vibes.

Drax's Intergalactic Journey, NE Hazy

A light, crushable New England-style hazy that rocketed from test batch to taproom favorite in record time. Bursting with juicy citrus and tropical hop character, Drax’s Intergalactic Journey delivers smooth, flavorful sips without the heaviness—making it one of our fastest-selling and most beloved brews to date.

Blackthorn Brew, Award-Winning Stout

Light, smooth, and yet, layered. Our signature Coffee Stout took home Best Coffee Stout in Georgia (2024) and placed 3rd overall at the 2024 Suwanee Beer Fest. Crafted and flavored completely with grain couple of flavors, it delivers hint of espresso notes balanced by a smooth mexican vanilla—our go-to brew for those who need a bridge into the stout style.

Test Batch 13, Traditional Imperial Stout

Bold, complex, and built to age—Test Batch 13 is our take on a traditional imperial stout, brewed in collaboration with the brewer behind 2023’s #1-rated imperial stout. Most of this batch is currently resting in bourbon barrels, developing rich layers of oak, vanilla, and dark chocolate. A small amount was released fresh, but the true reveal is coming November 2025, when the full barrel-aged version is set to debut.
